The Brief
Eden Luxury Travel is a travel lifestyle concierge specialising in complex, high-touch itineraries across Africa, Asia, Australasia and North America, alongside villa rentals, private aviation and bespoke ski experiences. Their clients expect white-glove service and insider access—and their marketing materials needed to reflect that level of curation and exclusivity.
The challenge: communicate Eden's depth of destination knowledge and concierge-level service through print collateral in a crowded luxury travel market where every competitor claims "bespoke" and "exclusive".
The Approach
The design approach prioritised editorial refinement over typical travel brochure conventions. Rather than leading with destination superlatives, the layouts gave breathing room to carefully selected imagery, understated typography and considered pacing that mirrored the unhurried, highly personalised service Eden provides.
Each brochure and mailer was designed to feel like a curated travel publication rather than sales collateral—inviting browsing, suggesting possibility, and positioning Eden as trusted advisors with deep expertise in complex destinations. Print quality, paper stock and finishing details reinforced the premium positioning and attention to detail clients expect from a luxury concierge service.
The Outcome
The brochures functioned as both client acquisition tools and relationship-building touchpoints, supporting Eden's positioning within the ultra-high-net-worth travel market.
