Arrival Yachts
Client: Arrival Yachts, Portals, Mallorca
Role: Graphic Designer
Discipline: Brochure Design, Marketing Collateral
Deliverable: Two 4-page marketing leaflets (print)
Arrival Yachts is a boutique yacht brokerage specialising in the sale and purchase of 20m–45m vessels. In a market dominated by larger, transactional brokerages, they needed marketing materials that communicated their founder-led, relationship-focused approach and deep category expertise.
The challenge: differentiate a small brokerage in a sector where trust, discretion and personal service are expected—but rarely demonstrated visually.
The Approach
Rather than defaulting to typical yacht brochure conventions—dramatic aerial shots, superlatives, lifestyle imagery—the design prioritised clarity, restraint and credibility. The layouts gave space to founder Nigel Wales's experience and hands-on approach, positioning expertise and personal attention as the core offering.
Typography and pacing were kept clean and confident, reflecting the considered, unhurried service Arrival provides. Photography and visual hierarchy supported the narrative: this is a brokerage that knows the 20–45m market intimately and works directly with clients, not through layers of salespeople.
The Outcome
The finished leaflets function as both introductory collateral and leave-behinds for prospective buyers and sellers, communicating Arrival's boutique positioning without over-promising or relying on generic luxury tropes. Print quality and finish reinforced the premium, detail-focused service the brand delivers.
